SnapTravel - Covid cancelation
Please refund our money. We are having a great deal of trouble contacting you.
We booked a reservation on Dec 13, 2021 - ID OV348989TE386833Y for the La Playa in Naples.
Due to a positive Covid Test - we had to cancel.
We sent to Covid Positive Test Results to La Playa Reservation. They gave us a cancellation without penalties but noted the refund would be coming from your end. So we need you to refund our money to our PayPal Account.

Due to circumstances, we can waive penalty for your third party reservation arriving today, Sat.
Dec. 18.
You would still need to cancel through your third party who will verify with us that we are waiving penalty for the third party.
