They don't help with anything! I received the wrong room twice and was offered a refund and never got it.

Never spoke to a supervisor after I asked repeatedly, and had to call 7 or 8 times to get zero results. I'm beyond pissed off and so tired of this stupid company.

The motels I booked were dirty, customer service was horrible and when we contacted corporate, we were asked to leave for bogus noise complaints and various other things that were not related to me and my husband. And also, I was charged more after my booking each time because the booking company gave me the wrong room.

Hotel booked in the wrong city

I was booked in the wrong city and customer service representative refused to change the reservation to the correct city. I am highly unsatisfied with this kind of service.I highly recommend not using this site.

They were so very unhelpful. I was told it was against policy to put my reservation in the correct city, even though that it was Super.coms mistake!!!

If zero stars was an option that is what I would give them. The customer service is an absolute joke.

They refuse to help in any way whatsoever. And DO NOT waste your money paying extra for free cancellation because the time frame is 5 days before the booking. Not sure how that benefits anyone when you purchase that option because of last minute things that may arise.

Absolute joke of a service. Highly DO NOT recommend!!!

he was hard to understand, he was of latino descent. He wanted to hang up after 2 minutes while we were in the middle of resolving. I still have not recieved a refund. The place was roach infested and i could not stay there. Now i fear i will be out of 450 plus dollars because i had to leave and the super.com place has a no refund policy or something, this is really bad, never use super.com!!! I have to wait to hear from some one by email, meanwhile i had to shove out another 5 plus to stay at a better hotel, a Merriot!! spend the money for a nice hotel is my advice, and dont book with super.com!!!

I did not realise that our stay at the Premier Inn was booked through a third party. I phoned yesterday and that call has cost me £27 which is appalling. I am trying to get a refund of £152 for leaving the hotel early as the room was not what they said. I booked an accessible wet room but unfortunately we had a lowered bath which was not suitable for my husband.
I think that on the booking we made it should state that a third party is booking, if it stated this I would not have booked through yourselves.
Absolutely appalled that is taking so long for my refund. I certainly would not recommend

Hard to contact super.com.
You are not giving a chance to your clients to at least modified their booking date. percent non repondable and no modifications are also stealing money from the clients. Super.com should change that policy what happened if your clients made an error of booking the dates, you got the money and the clients don't so that is stealing.
