Good Morning,

We have a reservation in a hotel in York for tonight and tomorrow night, booked through your company. Unfortunately, our sons school has had an outbreak of COVID in the week and we have had to take our son for a PCR test.

Therefore, having to isolate until the results are back. It is highly likely that he will receive a positive result back as he has had 3 cases in his class alone and has had 2 positive lateral flow results last night.

Can you please advise on your cancellation policy under the results of a positive COVID case?

We had tried calling you, also contacting you via messenger, but with no success of a reply. We have spoken to the hotel directly yesterday, who cannot do anything, as we need to speak with you, due to originally booking the reservation through SnapTravel.
