Had a hotel booked in the end of March for one night, about a week and a half out realized we wouldnt be able to go because of covid, contacted them they told me to contact the hotel and i did. Hotel said they couldnt do anything because i booked through 3rd party, but they were giving everyone refunds because of covid, to just get Snapchat to contact them. I have gone back and forth with Snapchat since March and it is now November and still no refund. Its impossible to contact them, and even with speaking to a supposed supervisor once over the phone i got nowhere. Im out my money, snaptravel kept it, wasnt even the hotel holding it.

I am dealing with the same issue. I gave them the name of the hotel manager I spoke to in person that they sgould contact.

They gave me the reasin the hotel denied my request to cancel. They didnt contact him at all ...I just spoke to him. So now I will go to BBB with complaint.

Using chat is a complete waste of time. If I was you do the same.

You will never get a refund. All these third party sites get leftovers from the original source at a discount.

If you cancel they lose their money. Next time don’t be cheap and deal with the source!

I feel terrible about your situation I had the same thing happen I was travelling booked a Room airfare Car Could not make my reservation they did nothing to honour the consumer they charged me extra money And I got nothing no hotel no nothing

Awful Service and Communication

I booked a reservation for Hotel Garden Inn in Liberia and instead I was booked for Buena Vista Del Rincon Adventure Park which is more of a family vacation I just wanted to stay near the airport. It took forever to get a hold of the customer service and I even called the hotel and they would not refund me and this was within an hour. I will never stay at the hotel or use snap travel. I was using snap travel frequently but I will stick with Orbitz!!!A

Refund

Hello, I arrived at a hotel in Baton Rouge. When they told me that they did not allow dogs, they said I could cancel the room and receive a full refund. When I looked at my bank statement, they had charged me for the room anyway! Ive called snap travel several times and filled out a form concerning the matter. Nothing has been done and this was at the beginning of May.

There is no such thing as customer service…

Im trying to cancel a trip, but I cant!!! I cannot get any customer service. And there is no such thing as 50 percent off your hotel if you down load the app. ..

This morning I was booking a room for my partner for his 50th. I don't have alot of money but it was a surprise I thought I was booking to through the hotel but got shafted through snap and got my booking completely wrong and charged me in USA not Aus$ They won't help me nor change the date to Sunday not today and I was charged 570$ for one night had to cancel my card and I've been trying to call them Snap but can't get through to anyone Absolutely gutted and they won't do anything. Payment went through so fast without letting me check the booking first

No booking confirmation

I booked and payed a hotel at NH Prague City from May14-16 through snaptravel, the hotel though never got a booking from snaptravel; I spent more than an hour on the help chat with snaptravel, but only got automatically generated answers that were no answers to the problem. I am still waiting.never to use snaptravel again, it is a rib-off!!

I never even went to the room manager said it would be refund and never was. The pool was not open the only reason for getting the room.

Refund me

Plain and simple we booked through snap travel and did not get to stay as the debit card holder forgot their ID. The hotel would not let us stay after we even said we would have a police officer identify the card holder. Upon request of the refund the hotel said talk to snap travel. We called snap travel they said take it up with the hotel. I call the whole thing a scam and it must fall under false advertisment. I would not recommend the hotel or snippety travel to anyone.
