. I booked a trip to grand mound great wolf for my family for Jan 29th and 39th paid with my credit card and received a confirmation with trip voucher that included my credit card info and confirmation number..

On Jan 3rd I received an SMS MSG from Snap Travel for Jan 4th and 5th.

I checked my e mail and found a voucher that had no credit card info. OT confirmation number on the voucher Called Snap Travel the rep 1st told MD its non refundable. When I stated ti wanted a supervisor he TD me it could be refunded with a $30 fee.i refused .and stated the difference in the vouchers and the fact that I did not book the Jan 4th and 5th days that my card e as charged for. The tep put me on hold again

Came back and said someone would call or email me to resolve I asked when because the false booking is tomorrow.

He said tonight. All I got was this consumer complaint called pissed customer to right a review. I called the property that were going to stay at in Grand mound to make sure the correct booking is still there and the Jan 4th was removed as the Snap Travel rep stated the second time they put me on hold during the call that they were calling the property.

To cancel the incorrectly charged date.when I called the property my correct booking was there and also the incorrect booking was there. I waiting for a proper response with full refund or maybe some snap travel employees will be enjoying a free visit to Grand Mound with their family on me

I will tell all of my friends clients and family not to book through them

User's recommendation: Never use Snap Travel.

Monetary Loss: $252.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

SnapTravel Cons: Costumer service- lack of effort to correct an issue, No cancellation possibility, Lack of effort to simply refund me.
